I am a mother of 2 children who has been a Breastfeeding Counselor with Breastfeeding USA since 2012. I have worked in public health for over 10 years, hold a MS degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and have studied homeopathy. After noticing many moms struggle through the breastfeeding experience, I became passionate about ensuring that resources and support be available to all breastfeeding moms. After completing volunteer counselor hours and education requirements I became certified as an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant). I am also a member of the ILCA (International Lactation Consultant Association).
